An advocate may be anyone involved in the delivery of the patient's healthcare.

Commitment to Access advocates are responsible for:

• helping patients obtain, complete and sign the application
• contacting Commitment to Access by phone to enroll patients
• sending in documentation after the phone enrollment is complete
• ordering refills for patients if they require assistance
• helping patients re-enroll after a year, if needed
• informing GSK of any prescription, address or income changes
• following up with the patient at intervals as needed by the program
