All Commitment to Access medicines (except for BEXXAR) are mailed to the patient's prescriber or patient.
After the initial enrollment phone call, the Advocate should fax a prescription (with up to 13 refills) to 1-800-750-9832.
BEXXAR distribution is handled through the BEXXAR Service Center.
Advocates enrolling BEXXAR patients will be advised how to obtain
BEXXAR at the time of enrollment.
Each subsequent refill must be requested by calling 1-8ONCOLOGY1 at
least 7 to 10 business days before the patient's existing supply of
medicine is completed, or prior to the next scheduled treatment date.
Refills will not be sent automatically.
